Q: How is it possible I have government-held funds?

A: Government held funds come from many different sources. It could come from a funds account that was "abandoned," the overpayment of fines or fees, such as licensing fees, or taxes. These funds are routed silently into the government coffers waiting for you to claim them, or until the recovery window expires upon which they become the legal property of the government.

Q: Why haven't I heard about this?

A: Excellent question! Unfortunately, there are no government offices or agencies tasked with the job of finding you and getting your funds back to you.

Whether it is lack of procedure, lack of available government staff, or lack of actual desire to return funds to the legal owner, there is no system in place to get you your money back. Sadly, in most cases, attempts by citizens to locate and retrieve their assets are met only with obstacles and frustration.

Without due process to recover what is legally yours, your assets can easily become government property in short time. Sadly, there is no recourse available after the claim expiration date.

At Robin Hood Asset Avengers, we believe you should get what is rightfully yours.

That is why we do what we do. Our adept team is experienced in securing your funds for you.

Q: How long until I receive my money?

A: Once you give us permission to represent you in the retrieval of your property, the process typically takes 4-6 months until you receive a check.

That sounds like a crazy long time...and it is! That is where our experience and proficiency go to work for you. We are footing all the expenses of attorneys and court fees at each step, never giving up and fighting until you are paid. We update you every step of the way so you always know where you are at in the process.

Q: How much does this cost me?

A: You pay ZERO until we have recovered your funds and are ready to send you a check. Until that time, we cover all legal, court, notary, mail service, and other costs.

At settlement, our fee is 40% of the total of your government-held funds. All of our costs of legal, court, staffing, and administrative come out of our (40%) fees. You keep your entire 60%, even if the costs for recovering your funds run in excess of our fee. That is our promise to you.

Q: Why do you charge so much for your service?

A: Unfortunately, government agencies do not make this easy nor quick. Keep in mind we pay out of our own pocket all legal and other fees, which can mount up in excess of the 40% we charge for our services.

Our costs to fight for you must be paid by us regardless of our result in regaining your funds. We have great confidence in our ability to be successful on your behalf. Yet until the point of our success, we are shouldering all the risk and costs, not getting ourselves paid at all unless we are victorious in our fight for you.

In the reality of it, when you consider all the costs, work, and time involved, what we charge is really not much at all. Yet, we are proud to do what we do. We believe strongly in the rights of our fellow citizens and are honored to serve our clients to our utmost ability.

Q: The money belonged to a family member now deceased. What about the rights of heirs?

A: A great number of the clients we serve are relatives of a deceased person whose funds are now held by the government. If your deceased relative was the owner of government-held funds, you may have legal rights to claim it. It is our mission to restore these assets to the rightful owners, including family members of the deceased property owners.

Q: What do I need to do to get started?

A: Getting started is easy! All we need to represent you is verified documentation that you are the legal owner of the held funds and a short form giving us permission to fight for you. Most of our documentation can be completed digitally. We do not require your social security number, bank account numbers, or other sensitive information. We will never ask you for money upfront.

You didn’t come this far to stop.
